THE "HIDDEN IN PLAIN SITES" TOUR Next Saturday, February 7th, the Museum of the San Fernando Valley is conducting its first North Hollywood Historic Walking Tour of 2009. (See details below.) Some of you were on our first NoHo Tour entitled "Walking It Off", right after Thanksgiving, 2008. We had a great time and expect this next tour, entitled, "Hidden In Plain Sites", to be even better. We appreciate your support and hope you will tell friends about this wonderful opportunity. The Museum of the San Fernando Valley is dedicated to revealing the historic and artistic riches we travel past everyday and may never realize are there. To paraphrase Aristotle: knowing where we came from and how we got where we are, serves to inform us in creating a better future. From the 1880's, to 2009, North Hollywood has great stories. Join us in discovering this rich neighborhood. DATE: Saturday, February 7, 2009 TIME: 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. MEET: Northwest corner of North Hollywood Park (Tujunga Ave. and Magnolia Blvd. - Amelia Earhart Statue) PRICE: $10.00 LENGTH: 2.5 hours PARKING: On-street (Tujunga or Magnolia) If you planning on joining us, please email us at: NoHoTours@aol.com Tell us you are coming and how many in your party.
